POSTNATAL PILATES - 5 Weekly Classes
Although you had the 6 weeks check up with your midwife and you are ready to move again, it does not mean that you can go to the classes you took pre pregnancy.
Postnatal Pilates classes are specially designed for postpartum mums.
Through these 5 weeks, you will strengthen back the muscles which got weakened during pregnancy; work on your posture, improve your alignment, bring more awareness to your body.
Postnatal pilates class will address back or hip pains which could have started during pregnancy, or shoulders/neck tensions.
Since Pilates is a mind/body movement, you will feel re-energized and calm.
Your are very welcome to come with your baby - or if you prefer some Me Time it is ok too. The choice is yours.
This postnatal serie contains 5 classes of an hour each. They start at 10:30, at the Sport praktijk in Brielle.
Space are limited to 6 mums.
